towards end of July, date to still be confirmed but we will definitely be open by August so taking bookings for August and beyond.
All customers have to book online or by telephone whether drinking or dining.
Customers can request a preference for outdoor tables and if the weather is suitable we will allocate an outside table when you arrive. Please note if it rains we may not be able to accommodate everyone who is sitting outside back inside – please request outside tables with caution! (and one eye on your weather app).
We will require contact details for the person making the booking for Track and Trace purposes – a government requirement.
There is no area designated for waiting so in the event you arrive early please wait in your car until the time of your booking, at which point please follow the signage to the entry point of the pub.
There will be a one way system in place where physically possible, in order to keep our customers and team safe. Please note there will be no service across the bar and no standing room inside.
You will be greeted by the host who will remind you to sanitise your hands – there will be multiple sanitiser stations.
Your host will point you in the direction of your table and on each table will be a table number along with a menu holder displaying ‘how to order your food’.
We will be completely cashless with an ordering system in place so that you can order and pay from your electronic devices at time of ordering. Don’t worry if you don’t have an electronic device – we have a plan for that!
Please remain at your table unless you need the toilet – we do allow toilet breaks! The toilet blocks will be operated on a one-in-one-out basis.
All parents are required to keep their children with them at all times, no running around our pub please.
We will still be pooch friendly but only in the bar area and outside – dogs must be on a lead at all times.
Permitted groups based on government guidelines:
> Guests from two households are allowed indoors and outdoors, and the two household groups should remain socially-distanced from the other.
> Up to 6 people from multiple households are only allowed outdoors and each individual household should remain socially distanced from the others.
We don’t have the same business we had three months ago and we’re doing everything we can to adapt to the situation, but everything is different for all of us right now.
