We are on the hunt for a motivated & enthusiastic Sous Chef for our small but mighty kitchen brigade at our award-winning pub.

Do you thrive on working with seasonal and local produce? Are you able to focus on the job to hand, whilst always maintaining the back of house disciplines and standards. We are looking for a  second in command for a dedicated kitchen team who will feel at home confidently running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. In this role, you will jump at the opportunity to provide your input into seasonally changing menus and use your creativity to assist with daily specials.

If you have previous experience, are a team player, committed to your career development and enjoy a challenge – then this could be the ideal role for you.
